Customer audits

Objective:

Checking, if the producer / supplier it is able to deliver products or services in accordance with the relevant standards and requirements of customer.

Customer audit procedure:

Determining of documents for audit (audit schedule, checklist etc.))

Defining weaknesses of producer / supplier (findings from production)

Carrying out the audit at the producer / supplier

Creating the Audit Report and its handing over to interested parties

Participation of the auditor at the final selection the producer / supplier

Checking the removal non-conformities defined in framework the customer audit at the producer / supplier

Workers of AUDISO have long experiences in following activities:

The inspections and tests management

The performing of customer audits of manufacturers / suppliers of pressure and non-pressure parts.

Inspection may use, for carrying out of the customer audit, qualified auditors of the AUDISO Certification Body, if it requested by the customer.
